Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing a pet portrait you are agreeing to these terms and conditions stated below.

• Pet portraits are non refundable.

• You have 30 days from purchasing, to email me the picture you would like drawn.

• Please allow 2 weeks for your portrait of a single pet to be completed.

• Please state if you would like a coloured background in your picture. If nothing is stated in your email, then it will be left white.

• Please state if you would like the entire pets body in your email. If nothing is stated, it will be a head portrait.

• Once your portrait is complete, I will contact you via email or if your happy to leave your mobile number, I will whats app you with a sample copy of your picture. Once you are happy with your portrait, it will then be printed and posted,

• If sent around a bank holiday, christmas etc , please allow more time for printing and postage.

• Prices vary dependent on number of pets in picture. Please visit the Shop button to see prices and sizes.

• All prints are printed on good quality card from a local printers.

To Get the best photo of your pet, especially dogs, I recommend taking your photo next to a bright window or outside. I find holding a treat in your hand just before you snap the photo works very well.
